Catherine Carpenter is a seasoned financial services professional with over 20 years of experience in client relations, strategic initiatives, and wealth management. She currently serves as Vice President, Relationship Manager at Palisade Capital Management, a woman-owned and woman-led wealth management firm in Fort Lee, NJ. In this role, she builds and nurtures client relationships, enhances operational efficiencies, and supports the firm’s strategic initiatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Catherine earned her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation. Throughout her career, she has held key roles at leading financial institutions, including Merrill Lynch, a division of Bank of America, specializing in client service, operations, and business development within the wealth management industry. With a deep understanding of financial services, she is committed to fostering strong client relationships and driving strategic growth.

As a Colombian-American, Catherine is passionate about advocating for women and the Latino community. She joins Casa de Amor’s board with a strong commitment to supporting victims of domestic abuse, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to rebuild their lives. She firmly believes that by uplifting one another, women and the Latino community can rise together, creating lasting change.

Outside of her professional and philanthropic work, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their beloved dogs. She has a love for travel, frequently visiting Colombia, and shares her passion for music with her daughters by attending concerts together. She also treasures her close-knit family, including her mother, sisters, aunts, and cousins.
